We are very excited to announce our 5th Carnival for Cancer is Saturday, June 2, 2018 -Samantha Kascoutas 10 am to 2 pm at Questhaven park in San Elijo Hills. We will have face painting, a jumpy slide combo, games to win prizes, food including Baked Bear ice cream sandwiches, homemade pulled pork sandwiches, and a bake sale. We will also have an amazing raffle including restaurant gift cards, a family pack to House of Air, and a grand prize of $100 Visa gift card. Our story began five years ago with a ten-year-old girl, Samantha Kascoutas, wanting to make a difference through a YMCA leadership program. Since then we have grown bigger and better with the help of the entire family, and the combined effort allowed us to raise over $15,000 in the past five years alone. All of our proceeds go towards cancer research with the American Cancer Society through the Relay for Life Carlsbad-Encinitas (team C4C). Our goal is to kick cancer’s butt through raising as much as we possibly can.
