Behind the Scenes at the Veterinary ER!
Advanced Veterinary Care of San Elijo is pleased to announce our next Pet Awareness Workshop offered on Wednesday, September 14th! This class is open to middle and high school students and will be held from 3:30 to 5:30 pm. Students interested in a career in veterinary medicine are strongly encouraged to attend.
This course will cover:
– Common veterinary emergencies
– Emergency case studies
Classes will be interactive lecture mixed with a hands-on laboratory component. This class will be taught and directly supervised by a veterinarian. Enrollment is extremely limited and classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis. You can register your student through our web-site. Registration is $40.00 per student and can be paid by cash or check on the day of the workshop. Parents will be notified of your student’s registration status by e-mail. Refreshments will be provided.
