Blendz, a smoothie, panini, soup and salad shop, signed a five-year lease for $216,010 for 1,130 square feet of space in the San Elijo Hills Town Center at San Elijo and Elfin Forest roads.
Blendz is also opening a location on Palomar Airport Road in the Starbucks and B of A plaza.
UPDATE: Knockout Pizza and Burger signed a 10-year lease for $742,824 for 1,800 square feet of space at San Elijo and Elfin Forest roads.
