San Elijo Hills Association HOA Update

Dear San Elijo Hills Residents,

First and foremost, we hope that you and your families are safe during this time. As there continues to be a fire threat near the San Elijo Hills community, we encourage you to continue to follow instructions issued by emergency responders. Please refer to  the City’s website at www.san-marcos.net for the most current information  regarding evacuated areas, road closures and related updates. We also encourage you to utilize media outlets to obtain updated information.

Currently, the on-site office and Visitor’s Center are closed until further notice.  The Carlsbad office of Walters Management is also closed as it is in an evacuated area of Carlsbad. All calls are being rerouted to the San Diego office of Walters Management and staff there are available to support our local employees as we work to remotely assist you.
The Association has been making itself available to emergency responders and will do what we can to help assist City and local agencies in defending the community.

Again, we wish you and your family safety during this time.

Best Regards,
San Elijo Hills Board of Directors & Walters Management
