Recently the San Elijo Hills HOA Board approved a Sand Volleyball Court that is now estimated to cost $50,000 total and $25,000 to the HOA (San Elijo Development to share 50% of cost). Opposition feels space is better utilized for kids free play. funds could be used for a bathroom, and play equipment for older kids.
