Proposed Trailhead
The Escondido Creek Watershed Alliance (ECWA) is working on a project that would directly affect San Elijo Hills residents. The ECWA is proposing to develop a trailhead on Questhaven Road just as it turns to leave San Elijo Hills.
This location opens up to miles of County-maintained trails that lead south from San Elijo Hills. The residents situated on Old Glen Street near Questhaven Road, may be affected by this development. The positive would be that instead of cars parking along the side of Questhaven Road, there would be a parking lot and appropriate facilities.
The ECWA would appreciate input from San Elijo Hills residents on the development of this Trailhead. They are planning a meeting at the “trailhead” on Tuesday, September 6th, 2011 from 5:00PM-6:00PM.

Where is the meeting going to be, why were we not notified by anyone about this, and HOW are we going to be affected?
