San Elijo Hills Mardi Gras Masquerade: Thursday, February 21stThe San Elijo Hills Community Association would like to cordially invite our residents 21 and over to our Mardi Gras Masquerade Party at Cafe Ren! The event will be held next Thursday, February 21st from 6:00PM-9:00PM. Residents will be delighted with delicious hors d’oeuvres, drinks (2 drink tickets per person, includes alcoholic beverages), music, raffle prizes, and dancing in the true spirit of New Orleans! Festive beads and masks will be provided so no costumes are required.Attendance to this event is limited and spaces are filling up quickly! Cost is $5.00/person. You must provide a check (no cash) payable to San Elijo Hills to Christine Hurdle in the Visitor’s Center (open 10:00AM-5:00PM daily) in order to reserve your spot! Antique Fair:
The Family Heirlooms and Attic Treasures Antique Fair will be held on Saturday, February 23rd from 10:00AM-3:00PM at the San Marcos Community Center. Antiques, collectibles, and vintage decor, clothing, jewelry and gift items will be available for purchase. For further information, call (760) 744-9000.
San Elijo Hills Community Softball Tournament
The Special Events Committee has been considering planning a community softball tournament for late Spring. Due to low participation in past years, we would first like to see if there is a large interest among the residents here in San Elijo Hills. If you are interested in playing in the tournament, please email Christine Hurdle at churdle@waltersmanagement.com so we can get an idea of whether this event should happen. Thanks!
