San Elijo Hills Family Fall Festival
The long-awaited and highly anticipated San Elijo Hills Town Center is finally under construction! Ambient Communities broke ground on the Town Center in early August and began rough grading and underground utility work. To celebrate, Ambient Communities, along with Market Place tenants and newly-signed Town Center tenants, are sponsoring a “San Elijo Hills Family Fall Festival” on Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 10:00 am to 2:00 p.m. The event will be held at Town Square Park, located at the corner of San Elijo and Elfin Forest Roads. Local food, merchandise, music and family-friendly activities will be showcased. “We have received such a warm welcome from the community that we wanted to make the groundbreaking a community event,” said Duncan Budinger, Director of Retail Development at Ambient. “We are excited to bring this project to life and be a part of this special place. San Elijo Hills Family Fall Festival is the first of many exciting things to come.”
During the event, representatives from Ambient Communities will be on-site to provide project information and answer questions. Project information is also available by visiting
www.ambientcommunities.com/communities/mixed-use/san-elijo-hills-town-center/ The entire community is encouraged to attend and enjoy activities for the whole family! The event is free to the community.
In September, the foundations and slabs for Buildings A and B in Phase One will be completed. Vertical construction will begin shortly after and the buildings will start to take shape. Phase One Construction will continue throughout 2017, with an expected opening date of Summer 2018. Phase Two will follow close behind and is expected to open in Fall 2018.
