San Elijo Hills January Association updates (HOA)

Community Garden

The San Elijo Hills Community Association still have a few spaces available for lease in the Community Garden located adjacent to the Calistoga neighborhood. The lease fee is $50.00/year and there is a $25.00 key deposit. If you are interested, please contact Christine at churdle@waltersmanagement.com for an application.

Board of Directors Meeting: Thursday, February 7th
Special Discussion: Artificial Turf

The first San Elijo Hills Community Association Board of Directors meeting for 2013 will be held on Thursday, February 7th at 6:00PM at the San Elijo Elementary School. At this meeting the Board will review the HOA’s financial statements, consider any new proposals, listen to homeowners’ concerns, and more! In response to homeowner requests, the Board is also setting aside time to hold a special discussion regarding artificial turf.  If you have feedback regarding this topic and are not able to attend the meeting, we encourage you to submit your responses prior to February 7th to jsalvia@waltersmanagement.com

San Elijo Hills Mardi Gras Masquerade: Thursday, February 21st

The San Elijo Hills Community Association would like to cordially invite our residents 21 and over to our Mardi Gras Masquerade Party at CafИ Ren! The event will be held on Thursday, February 21st from 6:00PM-9:00PM. Residents will be delighted with delicious hors d’oeuvres, drinks, music and dancing in the true spirit of New Orleans!

Attendance to this event is limited. Cost is $5.00/person. You must provide a check (no cash) payable to San Elijo Hills to Christine Hurdle in the Visitor’s Center in order to reserve your spot! All reservations will be taken on a first-come-first-serve basis.  Please feel free to contact churdle@waltersmanagement.com with any questions.
