San Elijo Hills Management Announcement

San Elijo Hills Community Association Management Change-Sent to HOA Members-

Dear San Elijo Hills Community Association Member:

As some of you may know, I am relocating to Northern California with my family and will be leaving my position on May 20.  I am pleased to introduce Rebecca McDonald as the new Community Association Manager for San Elijo Hills. Rebecca is the current regional manager for the Walters Management Carlsbad office and has significant experience with communities similar to San Elijo Hills.  I have worked with Rebecca for several months, and I believe she is a great fit for your community.

Rebecca can be reached at rmcdonald@waltersmanagement.com or (760) 431-2522.  Please feel free to contact Rebecca and her assistant, Michael, with any questions or concerns regarding the San Elijo Hills.  And, please take a moment to introduce yourself and welcome her to the community during the next board meeting or special event.

Liz McCardle continues to compliment the management team and will transition to the on-site office on June 1.  We believe this transition will allow us to better support the community by enhancing the services available on-site.  Liz supports the Board of Directors and Architectural Review Committee through the management of community-building activities and the architectural approval process.  You may reach Liz at lmccardle@waltersmanagement.com or (760) 431-2522.  After June 1, you can find Liz at the Visitor Center (1277 San Elijo Road).  The on-site phone number is (760) 798-9015.

I am proud to have spent the past twelve years working with an outstanding group of people dedicated to the positive growth and development of San Elijo Hills.  I wish you and your family the best of luck and hope you continue to enjoy living in this wonderful community.

Best regards,

Jean Salvia
