More than 70 New Homes Sold in San Elijo Hills’ Four Neighborhoods During the First Half of 2013

San Elijo Hills, the hillside community with an established towncenter, more than 1,000 acres of open space and parks and ocean views from most neighborhoods, reports the sale of more than 70 new homes at four neighborhoods in the first half of 2013. Prices currently range from the mid $400,000s to more than $900,000.

Lennar has sold 31 homes this year at Belmont, a neighborhood of 131 detached homes priced from the mid $400,000s. Recently, they released nine homes for sale and sold them all within two weeks. They are expecting the same sales pace for Phase 11, opening this month.  Belmont features four floor plans ranging from 1,459 to 2,072 square feet with three or four bedrooms.  Highlights include designer-inspired gourmet kitchens, master suites with deluxe walk-in closets, convenient upstairs laundry rooms, an array of energy-saving features and attached garage. Residents of the gated neighborhood enjoy a private community pool.

D.R. San Elijo Hills celebrates the grand opening of the new neighborhood of Belmont on Saturday, July 28, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  “Summer Splash” festivities include tours of four new model homes, free all-American barbecue treats, kids’ coloring contest, and prize giveaways. Built by the highly respected homebuilder Lennar, Belmont is the fourth new neighborhood to open in the ocean-view community in the past year.
