Have you ever wanted to try trail running but were afraid to start? Trail running doesn’t have to be intimidating when you learn the ins and outs of how to stay safe while on the trails, what gear you need (it’s less than you think!), proper trail running form and much more from an experienced coach.

We’re hitting the trails right here in San Elijo Hills in our all-new 5K trail running program. Get ready to get your party on! Join us as we train for San Diego’s premier running event: the Rock n Roll San Diego Half Marathon. Run the event that started the whole Rock n Roll series! With a great course through beautiful downtown San Diego and bands (and the occasional Elvis) along the way, we are sure to have a blast!

In this laid-back, supportive, non-competitive and FUN program, runners get a detailed training plan, a detailed fitness assessment and running form analysis, weekly coached runs, unlimited contact with the coach, email newsletters, discounts on running gear, product samples, technical t-shirt as well as informational seminars on running form, nutrition, injury prevention and much more! Race registration isn’t included in the program fee but all program participants have access to discounts off race registration. If your summer was anything like ours, there wasn’t much me-time. Working around the kids’ summer schedules left little time to schedule anything else, let alone a consistent workout routine. Well, the kids are back in school and it’s time to get back to you. And we’re here to help.
Join one of our Fall 5K Programs and we’ll help you go from 0 to 5K in 8 weeks. Whether your running took a backseat to summer fun, you’re coming back from an injury or you’ve never run before, these programs are designed to help you get to the starting line of a 5K race in a fun, supportive way, all while minimizing risk of getting hurt. Participants receive discounts at Running Center in Carlsbad, product samples, a technical t-shirt and more. This is all in addition to a detailed 8-week training plan, weekly coached runs, info sessions, etc. You don’t want to miss out!!

Train with us for the Celebration 10K & Half Marathon and every run will be a celebration! (Elvis suit is optional) 
Join our 12 Week 10K & Half Marathon Running Program beginning August 24th. We meet every Sunday at 8:00AM at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas.
