San Elijo Hills Community Association Annual Meeting: Thursday, December 6th

This year’s Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, December 6th at 6:30PM at the San Elijo Elementary School. Residents are encouraged to either return their ballots by mail or drop them in the ballot box in the Visitor’s Center by the deadline listed on the notice to ensure they are counted. All homeowners are welcome to attend the meeting.

The Tree Lighting Event has been rescheduled for Friday, December 7th.

Community Garden Lottery Deadline: Friday, December 14th

If you would like to participate in the lottery to lease a space in one of the community gardens in 2013, please contact Christine Hurdle no later than Friday, December 14th. Lottery winners will be notified the week of December 17th. Please email Christine at churdle@waltersmanagement.com for more information or to obtain a lottery application. The cost of a yearly lease is $50.00 and must be pre-paid. All existing lessees must reapply for the lottery. Current users who are not reselected in this year’s lottery must vacate their garden box no later than December 31, 2012.
