Cold vs. Flu – Which One Do I Have?

The 2013 flu season is under way, with an increase in reported cases over last year. The best way to prevent the flu is to get a flu shot, so call your doctor today to make an appointment. And remember, it takes 2 weeks after your shot to become fully protected, so the sooner you and your children get one, the better!

If you or your child is already sick, it’s sometimes hard to tell the difference between the cold and the flu. In our latest video, Dr. Jaime Friedman clearly explains the difference between their symptoms, and how to treat them.
