San Elijo Hills Celebrates Grand Opening of Belmont By Lennar with Tours, Barbecue and Giveaways July 28

San Elijo Hills celebrates the grand opening of the new neighborhood of Belmont on Saturday, July 28, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  “Summer Splash” festivities include tours of four new model homes, free all-American barbecue treats, kids’ coloring contest, and prize giveaways. Built by the highly respected homebuilder Lennar, Belmont is the fourth new neighborhood to open in the ocean-view community in the past year.
