If you’re looking to get fit, take your fitness to the next level or fine-tune your current routine to reach new goals, personal training can help. No gym membership? No problem? Don’t limit yourself by location and let the world be your gym. We can workout at the beach, in the park, in your home, wherever suits your fancy.
Together, we will develop a program to suit your specific needs. We specialize in functional training and the use of your own body weight for resistance. The idea is to create strength in a functional way that allows you to live your life the way you want to: keeping you strong enough for not only tackling your fitness goals, but tackling your day-to-day obligations as well. We will design a program to help you get fitter, stronger and more powerful without any hoopla to distract you from your goals. And our workouts can be done anywhere. No gym is required.

The Wall Climbing Gym-New cutting-edge training facility


The Wall Climbing Gym is a brand new cutting-edge training facility located in South Vista. It is a great place to mix up your workout routine whether you are a seasoned climber or just looking for something fun to do with the family. Aside from climbing, our facility has a separate training area as well as a full yoga studio, locker rooms with showers, and a study lounge with free Wi-Fi.

Throughout the week we offer a variety of group fitness classes for our guests and members as well as personalized training sessions. Whether you are trying to improve your overall fitness or develop the strength you need to take your climbing to the next level this is the place to do it. Come get motivated with our Core Clinic on Tuesday night, or Boot Camp for Climbers on Monday and Wednesday nights. If you are new to climbing and are looking for a place to start, come check out our Intro to Bouldering class that is held on the first and last Saturday of every month.

We also have competitive and non-competitive youth climbing teams. If your kids are interested in giving it a try the first practice is free! Team members are also eligible for independent study PE.

In the coming months we will be hosting birthday parties and summer camps.

Even if you’re not interested in climbing, The Wall Climbing Gym has the only donation based yoga studio in North County San Diego. Our yoga schedule has a wide variety of classes and workshops that offer something new for everyone.
