Seven major tenants are scheduled to open by Nov. 16 at the new Grand Plaza just south of state Route 78: Bed Bath & Beyond, Loehmann’s, Nordstrom Rack, Petco, Shoe Pavilion, Sport Chalet and Ulta Cosmetics. About a dozen smaller shops and eateries also are expected to open next month, said Bernie Labowitz, whose Orange County-based company is building the 350,000-square-foot center. They include a Cingular Wireless store, Styles for Less and Subway, Labowitz said. Leases for a few smaller stores are still available, he said.
