The huge new community of 4S Ranch just west of Rancho Bernardo finally has its center – the 265,000-square-foot 4S Commons Town Center. The shopping complex is the centerpiece of the sprawling development, which is expected to have 4,700 homes and 10,000 residents by 2009.
The 4S Ranch development also has three schools, a fire and police station, a Boys & Girls Club, a county park and a library.
