OK. i heard an advertisement on the radio inviting non-residents to our movie night last weekend. What’s the deal with that? I understand that they want to sell homes, but why should non residents be allowed to enjoy our community when we pay the tab??
I suspect the cost of this event is subsidized/shared by SEH development and SEHA thus a marketing event for SEH as a whole.
San Elijo Hills is NOT a private community, please do not treat it like one. Yes, our HOA fees are high, but do not come with exclusivity rights. We are a great community with plenty to offer to everyone.
