Melrose Plaza should open Mid- September 2008 with 18,000 SQF of commercial space located in the La Costa Meadows/Old Creek Ranch area. Look for a 7-11 convenience store, LA Boxing Gym and a dry cleaning shop. The plaza is across from the location that was voted down for a Wal Mart.
