The Student and Neighborhood Relations Commission recently reviewed a proposed Property Appearance and Maintenance Ordinance (PAMO) and is now seeking feedback from the public on this item before the proposal goes to the City Council.
Residents are encouraged to review the draft ordinance and other supporting materials online and then provide feedback via the City’s online survey.
The City Council is considering the adoption of a Property Appearance Maintenance Ordinance (PAMO) to preserve the integrity of San Marcos neighborhoods. The goal of this PAMO is to enhance the quality of life for residents and maintain property values.
