San Marcos Relay for Life is this Saturday May 2 at Cal State San Marcos. This will be the 6th annual Relay for Life Event in San Marcos and should be the best yet. April 28 Relay for Life was presented with a Proclamation declaring May 2, 2009 Relay for Life day in San Marcos, and the Month of May Cancer Awareness day! 45 teams, 600 people and have raised over $45,000. These are all great numbers for such a small community! This is a cancer event for ALL cancers, Relay for Life is also the most successful non-profit organization of its kind.
