Double Peak Park offers a panoramic view of San Marcos, the Pacific Ocean and, on a clear day, lands beyond.
The 230-acre park, 15 acres of which are developed for recreational use, was built by San Elijo Hills Development Corp. at an estimated cost of $1 million and dedicated to the city as part of a development agreement for the San Elijo Hills residential development.
