San Elijo Hills reports that Lennar has sold seven energy-efficient homes in Terraza, since the new neighborhood opened last month. The two-story homes range from 2,182 to 2,721 square feet and feature an extensive package of energy-saving features, including a SunPower® solar system.  Homes in the first phase are priced from the mid $500,000s.

Terraza at San Elijo Hills is Lennar’s latest all-solar neighborhood, offering three luxurious floor plans and a diverse range of architecture that reflects Spanish Colonial, French Country, Craftsman and Prairie styles. The sales office is located at Wild Canyon Road and Festival Road in San Marcos.
