Documents obtained by The Watchdog indicate that at least six San Diego County school sports teams took promotional payments from a Laguna Hills company whose business practices have erupted in scandal in Orange County. The records indicate thousands of dollars in such promotional rebates were paid to San Diego State University, Palomar College and high schools in Scripps Ranch, Oceanside, San Marcos and Fallbrook.
