San Marcos City Council approved a land sale to the San Marcos Unified School District for a new K-8 school near San Elijo Hills. The San Marcos City Council tentatively agreed Tuesday to sell an 18-acre parcel of land off South Twin Oaks Valley Road at Village Drive for the construction of a K-8 school.
