Drake Center Garage Sale to Benefit Autism Therapy Dog
Find a gently-used treasure, pick up some homemade treats and help train a therapy dog for children with autism at The Drake Center’s community garage and bake sale!
Please join us on Saturday, June 22 from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. at 1463 Golden Sunset Drive in San Marcos for a traditional community garage sale, not-so-traditional bake sale featuring baked goods for both humans and canines and basket raffle.
All proceeds from this event will directly benefit our sponsorship of Drake, a facility dog in training with local non-profit service dog organization, Good Dog! Autism Companions.
Can’t make it to the event but want to donate unwanted items for sale? No problem! The Drake Center will be accepting items for the garage sale starting Saturday, June 8. Just drop off your donation at our hospital, located at 195 N. El Camino Real in Encinitas, and we’ll take care of the rest!
(Unfortunately, we cannot accept oversized items, like large pieces of furniture, but all other donated goods are welcome.)
