North County’s San Diego’s largest office slated to open fall 2015, A temporary site opening early 2014
The proposed San Marcos DMV office will occupy an existing vacant building in the northwest quadrant of the Rancho Santa Fe Road/Descanso Avenue intersection in the City of San Marcos. The proposed 14,000 SF San Marcos DMV office will occupy most of one of two existing buildings at this site. The project is calculated to generate a total of 2,240 daily trips.
