  1. What are these “other” changes? Who will they effect? If we can’t make it to the meeting, how will we even know if it will be close to our house or property? You guys are always making changes and we have to hunt down things to find out about them!

    1. This is about the San Elijo Hills Town Center phase 2 the vacant center piece-
Retail facing the existing retail and an increased number of townhomes is what we think you will see at the meeting. The Meeting will be station style workshop. A station for City staff a station for SEHD etc.. San Elijo Hills this is your chance to speak up…so show up. We will report on the meeting.

*please keep in mind San Elijo Life is not associated with San Elijo Hills Development, the HOA or The City of San Marcos. We are engaged participants and love to share the information.

  2. It looks like our award winning town center is just a few small stores facing the other small stores and then about 100 townhomes. No town center for us if Home Fed goes with the plan they showed up with Dec. 5th. No vision whatsoever by the development company. Hopefully some of the good ideas brought up by homeowners will sink into their skulls and come up with a better plan.
