San Elijo Hills Holiday Tree Recycling
EDCO Waste offers this service to San Elijo Hills residents and makes the process convenient.
Simply place your pine tree curbside on your collection day between December 26th and January 11th and EDCO will take care of the rest! Make sure you remove all ornaments, tinsel and the tree stand. Cut the tree into 4-foot lengths and place tree segments in your designated GO GREEN recycling can, or bundle branches together with twine for collection (bundle should not exceed 4 ft. x 18 in.). You can also recycle other organic decorations, such as garland and wreathes, as well as wood (no pressure-treated or lead-base painted wood), in your designated yard waste container.
