6:45 pm Monday a small 1/4 acre spot fire started by down power line is under control. The location was just east of Ridgeline Trail head parking lot and the new SMUSD K-8 school site. Traffic was diverted. SDGE deactivated the line. Some parts so San Elijo Hills experienced power outage.
