North County Health Services (NCHS) is excited to announce our inaugural Trek or Treat 5K Run Walk will take place on October 25th at Walnut Grove Park in San Marcos and will serve to expand pediatric healthcare services here in North County. Join us for a spooktacular day of fun including a mini-monster dash for children, kids costume parade, music, food, trick or treating and so much more.
