Mayor Jim Desmond delivered the 2016 State of the City Address for San Marcos on Tuesday, February 23 at 1 pm as the keynote to the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce Board Member Installation and Business Awards Luncheon. The speech took place at Cal State San Marcos, 333 S. Twin Oaks Valley Road, in the University Student Ballroom.
