Dear San Elijo Hills Resident;

We hope that this message finds you and your family members safe and well.

The past week and a half have been unprecedented, as we all know. However, the Board of Directors, with assistance from all of its vendors, including Management are still working to keep the Association operational.

While closed to walk-in traffic at the onsite office and the Walters Carlsbad office, your Management team is still available to answer questions, assist with concerns or generate necessary work orders.

We are all closely monitoring the conditions day to day, and taking any necessary steps to ensure the safety of our residents.

With that said we understand that many of our families are facing challenges associated with social distancing and school closures.  As Californians, we are accustomed to enjoying the outdoors in our local neighborhoods. However, at this time we ask that this be done with the practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.

Some residents have expressed concern regarding groups children utilizing the common areas and trails in a harmful manner.  It has been brought to our attention that children are damaging the trails, common area landscape and not practicing social distancing.   We understand this is a sensitive subject and parents are doing their best to keep their children occupied and provide emotional support among many other responsibilities.

We would kindly request that you talk with your children and ask them to respect the common areas and be considerate of those residents that are quarantined and need a safe and calm environment.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work together to manage this difficult situation.
