San Elijo Hills Community Association HOA -UPDATE: FRONT ENTRY RENOVATION
We continue to make great progress on the front entry renovation. We have completed the repairs to the pond, are finalizing our grading, and will start to dig holes for the new trees that we expect to be delivered on Thursday (weather permitting).
The HOA Board of Directors traveled to Fillmore on October 15th, along with their landscape contractor and architect to handpick the best Wilsonii Olive and Coast Live Oak trees that Devil’s Mountain Nursery had to offer. Once the trees are installed, we will continue with the planting and irrigation of the remainder of the front entry. The new welcome sign is in production and we will provide an update on its installation in our next announcement.
