UPDATE: FRONT SAN ELIJO HILLS ENTRY RENOVATION
Re-grading of the landscape areas to capture valuable runoff/rain water and move it away from the pond has been completed. The new specimen Oak and Olive trees have been installed and trenching has begun for new electrical supply. Planting has also started with our hardy, long-lived and low water use plant palette that is aimed to provide color and texture throughout the year.
Our new energy efficient, full color changing LED light fixtures have been ordered and software setup / programming will begin in the next couple weeks. This new advanced lighting system will allow us to develop a theme color or combination of colors to celebrate seasons, events and holidays, as well as monitor and control the system remotely. This same system will be installed and linked to the fountain square for a unified look.
Finally, the custom lighted sign and water feature is in production and will be installed near the project end, replacing the old one.
