| San Elijo Hills Residents come celebrate Oktoberfest with your neighbors on Sunday, October 15th from 3:00PM-6:00PM at the lower softball field of San Elijo Hills Park! AVOID THE LINES & CHECK IN EARLY @ THE ONSITE OFFICE! WE WILL HAVE A SEPARATE ENTRY FOR RESIDENTS WHO HAVE “CHECKED IN” EARLY AND COLLECTED THEIR WRISTBANDS! **SEE MAP**STEP 1: REGISTER HERE All San Elijo Hills residents must register in advance to attend the event. A ticket will be sent to you with the confirmation of your reservation including a QR code.STEP 2: VISIT THE ONSITE OFFICE! Present your ticket from your phone or printout a copy to “check in” for the event to collect your wristbands! The onsite office is located at 1277 San Elijo Road S. (opposite corner across from SETS kitchen & Bar). (Office number: 760-798-9015.). *Please note that once you are registered and your wristbands are provided, no other attendees will be allowed access to the event from your address.STEP 3: ENJOY OKTOBERFEST! Present your ticket at the event. *Please have your ticket ready on your phone or print out at the event so we may scan your QR code for a speedy check in!We will be celebrating German traditions through food! Bratwurst, hot links, hot dogs, veggie dogs, potato salad, Caesar salad, sauerkraut, soft pretzels, and apple strudel will be served. Beverages will include ice water, lemonade, iced tea, and root beer floats! For all San Elijo Hills residents 21 and over, a beer garden will also be available. If you don’t drink beer, we will have several varieties of wines! You must bring a valid state-issued driver’s license or ID. Four drink tickets will be given per household. No outside alcohol will be permitted into the event. A lively DJ will be playing some German music mixed in with some modern, family-fun hits that will be sure to get you on your feet and dancing! Support a local business! A/R Workshop will provide a festive craft for just $10. Carnival games will be sure to entertain our young residents! We will also have pumpkin decorating, arts & crafts, a rock-climbing wall, inflatables, dragon kiddie ride, swinger ride, zombie maze craze 90’ mega obstacle course, and much, much more!
