Public Hearing: Proposed Preschool In SEH Median-CANCELED

The applicant for the Preschool Conditional Use Permit (CUP23-0001) application has asked that their CUP item be removed from Monday’s agenda and brought forward to a Planning Commission hearing at a later date.The applicant’s request is to allow for additional time to assess the project and address community concerns. City staff will be recommending removal of this item (Item No.2) at Monday’s Planning Commission hearing and the Planning Commission will take action on staff’s recommendation. A new public hearing notice will be mailed out to the public and interested parties once a new public hearing date has been determined.
