The San Elijo Hills Community Association Board of Directors (HOA)recently approved creating a neighborhood social fund for each individual neighborhood! The goal is to get out and celebrate living in this wonderful community….together!
The Board recognizes that not all neighborhood representatives are able to organize their neighborhood gatherings; therefore, registration is open to all members who are interested in volunteering!
- Each neighborhood must apply in advance.
- Social events must be open and advertised to all residents of that neighborhood.
- No more than one gathering per calendar year.
- Maximum budget of $500.
- All receipts must be provided prior to reimbursement from the Association.
- Each social event must be documented with a photo or social media post upon conclusion of the event.
- Funds must be used for food or entertainment only (No alcohol).
