The National Weather Service and the National Hurricane center are forecasting that Hurricane Hilary is going to bring significant impacts to Southern California Sunday evening through Monday afternoon. Forecasted impacts include 50-60+ mph winds and 2 to 8” of rain. With this “tropical storm watch”, issued for Southern California, please take a look around your home to ensure that you are storm ready.

Outdoors, any items that can become projectiles should be collapsed, if not taken down. Secure grill covers and any other loose materials. Make sure your windows and patio sliders are tightly closed. Close windows and sunroofs on vehicles.
