Please see attached for the Montessori school’s public virtual workshop notice that is being facilitated by the Developer, not the City. City Staff will be present to answer any questions, similar to the public workshop on August 17th.
The Zoom details are provided in the attached notice and the meeting will be held from 4:30-5:30 on September 6th. We suggest that individuals that did not have an opportunity to attend the in-person public workshop attend and bring up any questions or comments they may have. Individuals who attended the in-person meeting are also welcome, but they will be asked to hold their comments until end and after all the individuals who did not attend the August 17th meeting have spoken. We only have an hour, so we will need to be mindful of everyone’s time.
The Developer will present the same PowerPoint he presented at the in-person workshop for about 10-15 minutes and the public will have about 30 to 40 minutes to speak with the developer and staff answering the questions towards the end of meeting for about 10 to 15 minutes. There will be a time limit for comments and questions for the public, so we can make sure everyone has time to bring up their questions or comments. If there is a large turn out, SEHCA will assist in monitoring the public speaker timing.
