Halloween Decorating Contest!
This year residents have the power to vote! The HOA Board of Directors will pick from the top two with the most votes in each category to determine the final winner. A $100 prize will be awarded to 1 final winner in each of the following categories:
• SPOOKIEST: Overall sense of (family-friendly) fright!
• Best EFFECTS: Use of special effects or mechanical effects to entertain everyone!
• Best OVERALL THEME: Show us your best Halloween-based theme!
• Best INFLATABLES
• Best PUMPKIN DISPLAY
• Best USE OF LIGHTS
**Honorable mention to the best street!!
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE BY THE DEADLINE OF OCTOBER 15th. You may only register for one category.

A voting submission form for the community will be posted on the site on October 20th. Community Judging will take place on the evenings of October 20th, 21st, and 22nd. The Board will make their final selections on October 25th!

ALL LIGHTS, EFFECTS & DISPLAYS MUST BE ON & READY TO GO FROM 5 PM-9 PM ON October 20th, 21st, 22nd, AND again on October 25th!
If you are a lucky winner, a sign will be displayed in your yard to show the world you are at the top of your decorating game!
