Hi-Low is a sound you will hear when you must evacuate immediately. The warning system is different from sirens you hear regularly when deputies, paramedics, and firefighters respond to emergency calls. It is a very distinct tone, alternating between a fixed high and ow frequency sound. Hi-Lo quickly alters neighborhoods that they are in immediate danger.
