Just up the road from SEH on February 22nd Escondido is expecting it’s largest crowd in history to watch the finish of the 2009 Tour of California. Thousands are expected to watch the 5,000 foot climb up Palomar mountain. Here are some links to help you enjoy this historic event on the climb or at home. This is sure to be an epic climb by the worlds top professional cyclists including the return of Lance Armstrong, Floyd Landis and Ivan Basso. The event will be televised around the globe and will show case San Diego’s North County.
