Loud AF at 2 AM and decides to shoot a gun in the air.

– The Sheriff Gang Unit identified the shooter immediately, and the suspect was arrested by Tuesday morning 5/24/22. He’s a juvenile and a suspected gang member.
– If you hear or see anything, especially evidence like a video, please reach out to the San Marcos Sheriff’s Dept and call 911 when you see suspcious activity or a crime taking place. The video was posted to Reddit. You can be anonymous.
– If you see any graffiti use the City of San Marcos app or website to report it.
